Recent health and population studies have shown that the Optimal Formula for Healthy body and Mind is:
150 Minutes a week of slow or moderate exercise like walking, golf, some forms of yoga,
75 minutes a week in high intensity exercise like HIT (high intensity interval training), running, intensive swimming, spinning), and
