Recent health and population studies have shown that the Optimal Formula for Healthy body and Mind is:


  • 150 Minutes a week of slow or moderate exercise like walking, golf, some forms of yoga,

  • 75 minutes a week in high intensity exercise like HIT (high intensity interval training), running, intensive swimming, spinning), and 

  • 2, 30-40 minute weight training sessions 

There is more to the Mind element as our program has seen, but we do like to begin with this as a benchmark.
